Duties and Responsibilities

Planning the general scope and logistical coordination for all departmental conventions and events

Coordination and evaluation of New Mexico Jurisdictional/District and Local Churches
-
Developing strategies’ to bolster registration, participation, reports, and innovative ideas for all departmental events
-
Guiding the Public Relation and Marketing team in effort of maintaining an effective department image
-
Consult with President to provide continuity within the department
-
Assist the Jurisdictional President with overall strategic planning
Additional Responsibility includes but not limited to
-
Serve as primary liaison for the Home and Foreign Missions ministry
-
Serves as troubleshooter for the department.

Serves as Executive Broad Member
-
Alternate spokes person for Department
-
Coordination and evaluation for Mission Department
-
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to carry out the department objectives through event coronation.

Responsible for taking care of the Presidents offerings and love gift by sharing information to other staff members and clearly communicating with Missions Department workers– making sure the local entity share in their giving.

Chair Executive Broad meetings and create agenda for each meeting.

Work closely with other President to make sure that the Missions department is running smoothly.
